These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Home Service Agents, operated by HONNYDO LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), at HomeServiceAgents.com. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Home Service Agents provides an AI-powered receptionist platform ("Riley") for home service businesses. The platform includes a dedicated phone number, AI call answering, appointment booking assistance, call transcription, email notifications, and related features as described on our website.
You must be at least 18 years old and operate a legitimate business to use our services. By using our platform, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain credential security.
We offer a 7-day free trial for new accounts. A valid credit card is required to start the trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
After your trial, you will be billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you selected. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the service until that date.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If payment is not received within 7 days, your account may be suspended. Phone numbers provisioned to your account may be released if your account remains unpaid for more than 30 days.

Our service records calls handled by your AI receptionist. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of call recording complies with all applicable federal and state laws, including but not limited to the Electronic Communications Privacy Act and applicable state wiretapping laws.
In states that require all-party consent to call recording, you must obtain appropriate consent before forwarding calls to our platform. We recommend consulting legal counsel regarding your obligations. We are not responsible for your failure to comply with call recording laws.
Phone numbers provisioned through our platform are provided by Twilio and are not owned by you. We reserve the right to change or release phone numbers in accordance with Twilio's policies or if your account becomes delinquent. We will provide reasonable notice before releasing a number when possible.
All content, features, and functionality of our platform — including but not limited to the software, text, graphics, logos, and AI models — are owned by HONNYDO LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all content you provide (business information, FAQs, greetings). By providing content to us, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide and improve our services.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI will perform perfectly in all situations. AI systems can make mistakes, misunderstand callers, or fail to complete tasks as intended. You acknowledge this and agree not to rely solely on our AI for critical business functions without human oversight.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HONNYDO LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HONNYDO LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or any reason we determine at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our platform. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
