  • Phone call data from Twilio
  • AI conversation data from ElevenLabs

3. Call Recordings and Transcripts

Our AI receptionist records and transcribes calls handled on your behalf. These recordings and transcripts are:

  • Stored securely and accessible only to you and authorized Home Service Agents personnel
  • Used to generate call summaries sent to you via email
  • Used to improve AI performance and accuracy
  • Retained for 90 days by default, after which they may be deleted

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of call recording complies with applicable federal and state laws. In some states, all parties to a call must consent to being recorded. You should consult legal counsel regarding your obligations.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers: Stripe (payments), Twilio (phone calls), ElevenLabs (AI voice), Resend (email), Supabase (database), and Vercel (hosting) — each bound by their own privacy policies
  • Legal requirements: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate confidentiality protections

5. Data Security

  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

  • We will never share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number to third parties for marketing purposes.
